Liz Aebersold is the Founder and Ace Thinker at Wildcard Thinking. She is an experienced consultant, facilitator, speaker and coach helping her clients manage change. Her sense of humor and high energy is keenly balanced with her professionalism and integrity.

Liz has brought her expertise in communications, creativity, and innovation to a wide-array of diverse industries including the military, higher education, non-profit, federal and state government, and information technology.

She has been a faculty member at the University of Texas School of Law for almost a decade where she teaches courses in Advanced Problem Solving and Narration for Problem Solving. She is also a coach in the MBA program at the UT Austin McCombs School of Business where she works with students to cultivate their leadership strengths and entrepreneurs to build their businesses.

She is certified to administer FourSight, DiSC and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument. She is also a certified Master Trainer with iSpeak, a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and materials and a Certified Trainer in Training from the Back of the Room. She is trained in the Bikablo method of Visual Facilitation and loves creating a great flipchart! Liz is a member of the international improvisational comedy troupe ComedySportz where she discovered the power of laughter and creativity. She holds a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Gettysburg College.

Tracy McCormack

Tracy McCormack is a lecturer and Director of Advocacy at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law. Professor McCormack practiced as a trial lawyer for 14 years in Austin before joining the faculty full time in 2000.

She spent most of her time in private practice with the firms of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Clark, Thomas, Winters and Newton. She has extensive experience in civil trial and appeals, mediation, arbitration and summary jury trials.

Professor McCormack received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1983 and a J.D. from the University of Texas in 1986. In 1984, she served as briefing clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Miller, Presiding Justice, West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.

Professor McCormack is a member of several professional associations and organizations, including the Texas Bar Foundation, the State Bar of Texas Consumer Law Council, the National Order of Barristers and the Lloyd Lochridge Austin Inn of Court (2010-2011 President).
